Terms of Service

By accessing our website or engaging us for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

We provide custom software development, web design, performance marketing, branding, cloud infrastructure, and AI automation services. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price for any project will be defined in a written proposal or statement of work signed by both parties.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, our standard terms are:

• Project work — 50% advance, balance on milestone completion
• Retainer & marketing services — invoiced monthly, payable in advance
• Hosting & support — billed annually, in advance

Payments are accepted via bank transfer, bKash, Nagad or international wire. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month.

On full payment, you own the final deliverables we create specifically for your project. We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries and methodologies we use to deliver the work, and you receive a perpetual license to use them as part of the deliverables.

We treat all non-public information you share with us as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. We may reference our work for you publicly (case studies, portfolio) only with your prior written approval.

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. Our website and services are otherwise provided "as is" without other warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from marketing or growth services, although we work hard to drive measurable results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a project will not exceed the fees paid by you for that project in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. You remain responsible for fees for all work completed up to the termination date and for any non-refundable third-party costs we have committed to on your behalf.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.
