Refund Policy
We work hard to deliver high-quality outcomes on every engagement. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled across our service lines.

Project-based work
For custom website, software and design projects:
- Advance payments cover discovery, planning and initial design — these are non-refundable once work has started
- If a milestone has been delivered and approved, the related payment is non-refundable
- Work in progress that has not yet been delivered or approved may be refunded on a pro-rata basis, less time and costs already incurred
Marketing & retainer services
Monthly retainer fees for marketing, ad management, content or support are non-refundable once the month has started. You may cancel for the next billing cycle by giving us 15 days written notice. We will deliver the in-progress month in full.
Hosting & infrastructure
Hosting and managed infrastructure fees are billed annually in advance and are non-refundable, but you can cancel renewal at any time. We will help you migrate to another provider before your term ends.
Third-party costs
Domain registration, ad spend, software licenses, stock assets and other third-party costs purchased on your behalf are non-refundable as we pay these directly to vendors.
How to request a refund
Email info@onepathit.com with your invoice number and the reason for your request. We respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
